SIYAPHAMBILI was the first company in the Eastern Cape to provide AET and HRD programmes to industry locally before spreading its wings nationally. SIYAPHAMBILI emerged from the Honda Institute for Strategic Human Resource Development when it closed its doors in 1993. We were initially funded by Mercedes Benz  South Africa for 24 months before we privatized the business.
